Refund and Returns Policy

At Green Light and Garden, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our clients. As our services are tailored to the specific needs of each client and delivered in a personalized manner, we handle refunds and returns in the following way:

1. Cancellation of Services

  • If you need to cancel a service, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation or service date. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the service, a 50% refund will be issued, as preparations and time have already been allocated for your project.
  • If the service is canceled after it has started (for example, after a consultation or part of a project is delivered), we are unable to offer a refund, as the service has already been provided.

2. Changes to the Service

  • If you wish to make any changes to the service you’ve purchased (e.g., a change in the scope of work, additional elements in your landscape design), please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but additional fees may apply depending on the changes made.
  • If the changes involve a reduction in the scope of work after the service has already begun, we cannot offer a partial refund, but we will adjust the final deliverables accordingly.

3. Unsatisfactory Service

  • We strive to ensure that every client is completely satisfied with the services we provide. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final product or service. We will work with you to understand the issue and offer revisions or adjustments where necessary.
  • We offer revisions for issues related to miscommunication or errors on our part. However, if the dissatisfaction is due to a change in preference or a misunderstanding of the service provided, we may charge for additional work.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive a cancellation or refund request, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that depending on the payment processor, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.

5. No Refunds on Completed Work

  • As our services are highly personalized and once delivered cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense (such as physical products), we are unable to offer refunds for any work that has been completed and delivered, including but not limited to landscape designs, consultations, and other services already rendered.

6. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify our refund and return policy at any time. If any changes are made, they will be communicated to you directly via email or on our website.
